| Can you give me the amount of glucosamine HCI and Chondroitin Sulfate in the patches? |

There is about 30mg of Glucosamine in the patch and about 5mg of Chondroitin. The patch manufacturers have informed us that this is equivalent to 300mg of orally taken Glucosamine as it is taken straight into the blood through the transdermal delivery, whereas orally taken Glucosamine is broken down in the stomach and lost in the digestive process.
| How much hoodia is in each hoodia patch? |

There is about 34mg of the Hoodia Extract in the each patch. | how long will i use Phase 2 before i see how it works

It will work immediately on the very first meal. But weight loss depends on calories consumed balanced by calories burnt. If we burn more than we eat then we lose weight. Phase 2 helps push the balance the weight loss way be reducing the amount of calories we consume through carbohydrates such as pasta, potatoes and bread by approximately a third. If you also increase your exercise then you can expect to see more weight loss. I would recommend they read the inspiration story in the Magazine. | Are there any side effects from the patches? |

There are no side effects from any of the patches.
| I have Diabetes (treated by Insulin and Metformin tablets) - is it OK for me to use Vibrance? |

Vibrance has a localised effect on the area it is topically applied to. In this case the clitoris. It doesn't have an effect on the whole body. However diabetics have issues with their circulation in general and are at a heightened risk of damage to their small capillaries. While there is absolutely no risk whatsoever to somebody with normal circulation we would recommend that a diabetic check with her doctor before using it as a sensible precaution.
| I have extremely sensitive skin and i'm worried about carcinogenic ingredients. Are betty dyes safe? |

There is nothing carcinogenic in betty dyes. They have used where possible a natural formulation.
Betty products DO NOT contain p-phenylenediamine ‘PPD,’ an ingredient that can irritate and is often used in eyebrow and hair color dyes. Many customers who are allergic to brow dyes are able to use betty products on their facial hair without irritation.
Betty products do not contain ammonia.
Betty products are specially formulated to be gentle with such natural ingredients as elder flower, cherry bark, chamomile, comfrey, black walnut, aloe, hops, and rosemary.
| Are there any side effects from the acubeads? |

There are no side effects from the patches. The beads we use are made from an expensive metal called titanium which is totally hypoallergenic so there is no issue with allergies. If you press them too hard into the targus (the part of the ear they are placed) there can be some soreness. But otherwise no. They are perfectly side effect free.
| Are there any diagrams with the acubeads to show you how to use them? |

The acubeads come with full diagrams, pictures and a leaflet giving you all the instructions for using them and explaining the history and theory behind them. They also come with alco wipes for cleaning the ear and a box to keep them safe in.
| Can I use acubeads if I am a diabetic? |

There is no reason why you cannot use them if you are a diabetic. Obviously you must take responsibility to monitor your blood glucose levels and manage your condition in the normal manner.
| Can I wear the Slenderbeads with ear rings and is it obvious that you are wearing them? |

The Slenderbeads are not worn on the actual ear lobe so for most ear rings they should be fine. They are made from a clear material so they are not very obvious unless you point them out to people. But seen up close they are visible.
No they don't hurt. You will feel pressure from the five balls but it is not painful.
| If the beads can be worn for up to 3 days will they fall off if in the shower or if moisture gets to them?

They can take a bit of moisture and will remain in place. But they are not as robust as a normal waterproof plaster. So I would try and be a bit careful with them. The other option is to peel them off before your shower and replace them afterwards.

| I can't get past the checkout screen to complete my order? |

I take it you have added products to the basket and then tried to checkout. When you get to checkout have you filled in all the relevant boxes. These are the ones with the little asterix next to them.
If you haven't filled everything in a red box appears above the bits you haven't filled in. Fill all those bits in and press the update button once you think you've done it. Once all the bits have been filled in correctly a green button will appear at the top of the page, click on this and you will be taken to a final page which will ask you to check your details before pressing another green button to confirm your order.
| If I ask for express or next day courier what time do i need to order by? |

You need to order by 12.30pm if it is to be sent out by express or courier that day. If you order later than this it will be posted the next day.
